This is a quick iPhone video I took to send to my Dad while traveling. Paris is one of those destinations where there are really grand attractions and experiences that can make anyone swoon. And then there are super simple pleasures like this. A thin batter cooks atop a hot plate. Once browned, it is slathered with Nutella and folded for easy consumption. Simple. Delicious.
