Camping is not really my thing – like, at all! But sometimes I crave being in nature. Those moments disconnecting from city life and getting totally immersed in wilderness recharges my soul. And so, my recent trip to Joshua Tree National Park, was a much welcomed nature fix.
In southeastern California, Joshua Tree is a sprawling and stunning desert landscapes with a vast number of nature trails, camp grounds, rock climbing sites, as well as biking and bouldering opportunities.
Above is a Quick Escape video to get a feel for what its like trekking around the Joshua Tree wilds. If you want more information on how to plan a trip to Joshua Tree, check out my article on Expedia Viewfinder about this trip into the desert.
