Estrella Morente
Estrella comes from a family of Flamenco singers and dancers from Granada, Spain.

She started preforming with her father at 7-years-old. And in adulthood she has put out 3 albums of passionate, raw, and moving songs. Here she is singing my favorite song of hers, live. (She starts really singing 1 minute and 25 seconds in, so if you want you can skip to that part.)

Estrella was propelled onto the international stage when her song, Volver, was featured in the 2006 movie of the same title, directed by Pedro Almodovar and staring Penelope Cruz.
