El Matador Beach – Malibu

I’m back in my hometown of Los Angeles this week. I’m here to shoot some fun travel videos for a company that I will be telling you all about very soon! But for now, I have to let  you know about a place in LA that I love to visit. Los Angeles is the land of hidden gems where so many great experiences are cached within its intimidating urban sprawl. As a visitor, exploring the city can be harder in LA than in other cities. And it is best to plan out your days around specific activities in localized neighborhoods. Malibu is a wonderful part of LA to choose to spend the day. While you are there you may want…

Party on Beale St (VIDEO)

If you are looking to visit iconic destinations around the United States and get a feel for what this country is all about, Memphis, Tennessee needs to be on your list. And that’s not all – not even close. Please…

Pier 84 in NYC (VIDEO)

The Hudson River Park spans along the western waterfront of New York City. There are many attractions in the park and a lot of great places to watch a beautiful sunset. This weekend I headed over to Pier 84, at 44th St and 12th Ave to show you a little bit about what this pier has to offer. P.D. O’Hurley’s is open 7 days a week, so you could go any day to watch the sunset and have a drink or a bite to eat. It seems like a great after-work spot to chill out and maybe even take a date.…

When Does Travel Begin?

Try to remember the last trip you went on. At what point did it start? Was it when you checked into your hotel? Or was it before that, when you boarded the plane? Or was it still at home as you packed? I think, in general, travel actually begins the moment you book your flights or hotels – the moment you commit.…
